Step by step recipe

1 Coupe Augustin : Photo of step #1Peel the peaches in the same way as for tomatoes. 10 min.
2 Coupe Augustin : Photo of step #2Cut in half, remove the stone and poach the peach halves in light syrup for a few minutes. 3 min.
