|1||Preheat the oven to 220°C ou 428°F.
Unroll or roll out 1 Puff or flaky pastry (pâte feuilletée) and put on a baking sheet.

|3||Spread 150 g Stewed apple (compote) over the pastry, to within about 0.5 cm of the edge.||5 min.|
|4||Peel 5 apples, remove core, and cut into slices.
Put apple slices onto the tart.
|5||Put in the oven, and cook until the pastry turns golden brown (about 30 minutes).||30 min.|
|6||You can glaze the tart to give it an attractive finish.|
