Step by step recipe

Feta and spinach brik pie : Photo of step #1 Pour 4 tablespoons olive oil into a frying pan on medium heat. When hot, add 1 bayleaf, 1 garlic clove and 3 sheets sage.

Cook for 1 minute while stirring.

Feta and spinach brik pie : Photo of step #2 Add 200 g cooked spinach, turn down the heat and leave to simmer gently for 5 minutes.

Remove from the heat and discard the herbs and garlic.

Put 150 g feta and 100 g cream into a bowl and pepper generously.
