Step by step recipe

1 Fried eggs with tomatoes : Photo of step #1Cut out the stalk end of each tomato. 5 min.
2 Fried eggs with tomatoes : Photo of step #2Then cut into slices about about 1cm (0.5 inch) thick. Salt and pepper on both sides. Set aside 3 min.
3 Fried eggs with tomatoes : Photo of step #3Heat 4 tablespoons olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan or saucepan on medium heat.

Add the herbs and garlic and stir round gently.
