Step by step recipe:

  1. 2 min.Ham à la Russe : Photo of step #1
    Place a slice of ham on the worktop and spread a spoonful of macédoine along one edge.
  2. 1 min.Ham à la Russe : Photo of step #2
    Roll the ham up around the macédoine.
  3. 5 min.Ham à la Russe : Photo of step #3
    Repeat this with all the ham slices.

Remarks:

Use really good quality ham, such as shoulder, if you can.
