Step by step recipe

1 Marinated tuna with herbs : Photo of step #1In a dish pour 4 tablespoons olive oil, juice of 1 lime, salt & pepper. 5 min.
2 Marinated tuna with herbs : Photo of step #2Wash, drain, and dry 1 bunch coriander and 1 handful fresh mint leaves. 5 min.

5 Marinated tuna with herbs : Photo of step #5Prepare 6 fillets fresh tuna: wash and dry with towel or absorbant paper .

Cut into pieces, put in the dish and mix well to cover all the tuna with marinade. Salt and pepper again, then put plastic film on the dish, and refrigerate for one hour (this can be done the day before if you want).

Cook the other side in the same way. This will keep the tuna moist.

Could be made with other fish if preferred, even with chicken breasts.
