Whole roasted cauliflower

For 4 people, you will need:
- 1 1 cauliflower
- 2 50 g semi-salted butter
- 3 salt
- Total weight: 1,250 grams
Step by step recipe
- 1: Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
Prepare 1 cauliflower, remove all leaves and cut off the stem.
Place on a sheet of baking paper on a baking sheet. - 2: Melt 50 g semi-salted butter, then carefully brush butter all over the cauliflower.
If you don't have semi-salted butter, add salt to the cauliflower. - 3: Bake for approx. 30-40 minutes, until the cauliflower is golden brown.
During cooking, remove the cauliflower 2 or 3 times and brush with the butter that has melted on the baking sheet. - 4: Serve as is to your guests, with one or more sauces. Each person cuts off a few well-roasted heads to enjoy with the sauce.
Remarks
For the choice of
sauces, everything is possible according to your taste. At home, we like:
mayonnaise,
green parsley-sesame sauce and
Mornay sauce.
