Cherry tomato and two cabbage salad

For 4 people, you will need:

• 1 200 g cherry tomatoes
• 2 fine (or table) salt
• 3 200 g red cabbage
• 4 200 g green cabbage
• 5 herbs of your choice
• 6 5 tablespoons French dressing (vinaigrette)
• Total weight: 675 grams

Step by step recipe

1	Cut 200 g cherry tomatoes in 2, put the cut part on top and salt them with fine salt (we do this to better reveal their taste). Leave to stand.
2	Prepare 200 g red cabbage and 200 g green cabbage, chop them and pour into a bowl.
3	Add the herbs of your choice, here parsley and chives, tomatoes and 5 tablespoons French dressing (vinaigrette).
4	Mix well, your salad is ready.

Remarks

If you don't have one of the 2 cabbages, use what you have on hand, try to keep the "2 cabbages" side if possible.
