Remarks
For a warm version of this salad, once the potatoes and beans are in the bowl, pop them in the microwave for 1 or 2 minutes to warm through, then continue the rest of the recipe as normal and serve without delay. Still hungry? For a more filling version, add croutons fried in the bacon fat.
