How to prepare gourmands peas

For 700 g, you will need:

• 1 750 g gourmet peas
• Total weight: 750 grams

Step by step recipe

• 1: Wash and drain the peas.
• 2: We'll remove the 2 ends of each terminal (indicated by the green arrows), and the "wire" along each side of the terminal.
• 3: Take a pod in your hand.
• 4: Remove the end and the wire along the terminal...
• 5: ...all the way.
• 6: Turn the pod over...
• 7: ...and do the same with the other end.
• 8: See how with this short animation.
• 9: Do this for all pods.
• 10: Then cut each pod into sections.
  Your gourmet peas are ready to cook in your recipe.

Remarks

You can do the same with new beans.
