Step by step recipe
- 1: Melt 125 g butter over low heat.
- 2: Mix 300 g flour and 10 g baking powder in a bowl with a whisk, with 120 g caster sugar if you plan to make sweet muffins.
- 3: Add 2 eggs and mix a little.
- 4: Add 200 ml milk.
- 5: Beat until you get a smooth mixture.
- 6: Finally add the melted butter, still warm.
- 7: Beat again to get a smooth dough.
Your muffin dough is ready.
