Almond mug cake for Mary

For 2 cakes, you will need:

• 1 40 g butter
• 2 1 egg
• 3 2 tablespoons cream
• 4 2 tablespoons caster sugar
• 5 1 tablespoon ground almonds
• 6 2 tablespoons flour
• 7 ¼ teaspoon baking powder
• Total weight: 235 grams

Step by step recipe

• 1: Melt 40 g butter, add 1 egg and 2 tablespoons cream and mix well.
• 2: Mix together 2 tablespoons caster sugar, 1 tablespoon ground almonds, 2 tablespoons flour and ¼ teaspoon baking powder.
• 3: Mix thoroughly.
• 4: Divide the mixture evenly between the mugs.
• 5: Cook one mug at a time (this is important) for 1 minute 30 seconds each at 850 Watts.
• 6: Leave to cool for a few minutes before eating as the cake will be boiling in the centre when you take it out of the oven.
