sweetcrust pastry (pâte sablée)

125 ml maple syrup

Step by step recipe
1:
Heat the oven to 430°F (220°C).
Roll out
the pastry and line a tart tin or mould.
Prick
all over the bottom.

Pour 125 ml maple syrup into the tart case.

And bake for about 40 minutes until the syrup crystallises.
