Step by step recipe
- 1: Heat the oven to 430°F (220°C). Roll out the pastry and line a tart tin or mould. Prick all over the bottom.
- 2: Pour 125 ml maple syrup into the tart case.
- 3: And bake for about 40 minutes until the syrup crystallises.
