Butterfly pasta with smoked trout

• 1 100 g smoked trout fillet
• 2 50 g cheese
• 3 250 g pasta
• 4 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 5 parsley
• 6 salt
• 7 pepper

Step by step recipe

• 1: Cut 100 g smoked trout fillet into small cubes.
  Set aside.
• 2: Cut 50 g cheese into small pieces (use a soft cheese such as Camembert).
  Set aside.
• 3: Cook the pasta.
• 4: Meanwhile, in a frying pan over medium heat, pour in 2 tablespoons olive oil, and when hot, add the diced smoked fish.
  Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
• 5: Add the cheese and stir to melt for 1 minute.
• 6: Add the cooked pasta.
• 7: Stir well to combine, then add a small ladleful of pasta cooking water to loosen the mixture.
• 8: Finish with a little chopped parsley, mix one last time, check the seasoning and you're ready to go.

Remarks

Of course, you can use the pasta of your choice instead of butterflies.
