Step by step recipe
- 1: Place a sheet of baking paper in the drip pan of your oven.
- 2: Spread 150 g chips.
- 3: Top with 4 slices cured ham, rather torn into strips.
Preferably use a very fine ham, such as Spanish Serrano. - 4: Then 150 g cheese cut into thin strips.
Use a soft cheese such as Brie. - 5: Finish with 50 g grated cheese, this time a hard cheese such as Parmesan or Comté.
- 6: Place under the grill for a few minutes, not too close to the grill, and keep a close eye on the coloring - be careful, the chips color very quickly.
- 7: Taste immediately, ideally placing the plate on the table, where everyone helps themselves by tearing off delicious, still-warm pieces by hand.
Remarks
The proportions are only indicative, so don't hesitate to adapt them to your taste.
For charcuterie, you can also mix and match: ham, salami, coppa, etc. Let your taste and imagination run wild.
