Here's a very simple, very quick, and amazing recipe for aperitif plates, made with chips, cheese and charcuterie.

For 4 people, you will need:
  • 1 chips 150 g chips
  • 2 cured ham 4 slices cured ham
  • 3 cheese 150 g cheese
  • 4 grated cheese 50 g grated cheese
  • Total weight: 510 grams

Step by step recipe


Stage 1 - ⌛ 1 min.
Charcuterie board : Stage 1
Place a sheet of baking paper in the drip pan of your oven.

Stage 2 - ⌛ 1 min.
Charcuterie board : Stage 2
Spread 150 g chips.

Stage 3 - ⌛ 4 min.
Charcuterie board : Stage 3
Top with 4 slices cured ham, rather torn into strips.

Preferably use a very fine ham, such as Spanish Serrano.

Stage 4 - ⌛ 4 min.
Charcuterie board : Stage 4
Then 150 g cheese cut into thin strips.

Use a soft cheese such as Brie.

Stage 5 - ⌛ 2 min.
Charcuterie board : Stage 5
Finish with 50 g grated cheese, this time a hard cheese such as Parmesan or Comté.

Stage 6 - ⌛ 3 min.
Charcuterie board : Stage 6
Place under the grill for a few minutes, not too close to the grill, and keep a close eye on the coloring - be careful, the chips color very quickly.

Taste immediately, ideally placing the plate on the table, where everyone helps themselves by tearing off delicious, still-warm pieces by hand.
Remarks
The proportions are only indicative, so don't hesitate to adapt them to your taste.

For charcuterie, you can also mix and match: ham, salami, coppa, etc. Let your taste and imagination run wild.
