3: Pour 50 g flakeds almonds into a frying pan over medium heat.
4: Roast the almonds until lightly colored. Set aside on a plate.
5: In the same pan, without the almonds, pour 50 g butter and when hot, add the chopped shallot and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 1 minute, without browning.

The quantity of almonds is very indicative, so don't hesitate to adapt it to your taste. You can replace the almonds with other dried fruits (chopped hazelnuts, ...) or seeds (sesame, ...) to suit your taste.
