Breton coleslaw

• 1 200 g carrot
• 2 200 g cauliflower
• 3 1 red onion
• 4 parsley
• 5 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise

Step by step recipe

• 1: Prepare 200 g carrot, grate and put in a salad bowl.
• 2: Prepare 200 g cauliflower and slice thinly (a mandolin is the ideal tool for this). Add to the bowl.
• 3: Prepare 1 red onion, chop finely and add to the bowl with the chopped parsley.
• 4: Finish by adding 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise and mix well. Your Breton coleslaw is ready.

Remarks

You can replace the mayonnaise with a rémoulade or rémoulette dressing.
