Step by step recipe
- 1: Prepare 200 g carrot, grate and put in a salad bowl.
- 2: Prepare 200 g cauliflower and slice thinly (a mandolin is the ideal tool for this). Add to the bowl.
- 3: Prepare 1 red onion, chop finely and add to the bowl with the chopped parsley.
- 4: Finish by adding 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise and mix well. Your Breton coleslaw is ready.
Remarks
You can replace the mayonnaise with a
rémoulade or
rémoulette dressing.
