Crunchy radish and carrot salad

• 1 50 g radishes
• 2 1 spring onion (scallion)
• 3 chives
• 4 4 carrots
• 5 5 tablespoons French dressing (vinaigrette)
• Total weight: 970 grams

Step by step recipe

• 1: Rinse 50 g radishes and slice thinly (a mandolin is ideal for this). Put into a salad bowl.
• 2: Rinse 1 spring onion (scallion) and slice thinly. Add to the bowl with the finely chopped chives.
• 3: Rinse and grate 4 carrots. Add this to the bowl.
• 4: Finish by adding 5 tablespoons French dressing (vinaigrette) and mix well.
  Your salad is ready.

Remarks

The vinaigrette can be replaced with a rémoulade dressing.
