Step by step recipe
| 1 | Put 700 g cooked green beans into a salad bowl. |  |
| 2 | Add the 700 g cooked potatoeses, sliced. |  |
| 3 | Prepare 1 red onion, then chop finely and add to the bowl. |  |
| 4 | Fry 150 g small pieces of smoked bacon in a small frying pan on high heat. |  |
| 5 | Add to the bowl. |  |
| 6 | Add the chopped parsley and 5 tablespoons french dressing (vinaigrette). Mix well.
Your rustic French salade paysanne is ready. |  |
Remarks
For a warm version of this salad, once the potatoes and beans are in the bowl, pop them in the microwave for 1 or 2 minutes to warm through, then continue the rest of the recipe as normal and serve without delay.
Still hungry? For a more filling version, add croutons fried in the bacon fat.
