1 | Prepare 800 g green beans then cut into medium-sized pieces. Set aside. | |
2 | Heat 40 g butter in a large pan on high heat until it froths. Add the finely chopped 1 shallot. Salt, pepper and cook for 1 minute without colouring. | |
3 | Add 200 ml liquid cream, mix well and bring to the boil. | |
4 | Add 1 teaspoon tomato paste, mix well, then check the seasoning. | |
5 | Add the green beans, mix well and leave to heat through for a few minutes. | |
6 | Serve on its own or to accompany meat, for example. |
