1 | In the bowl of a mixer, sift 100 g chestnut flour, 100 g oat flour, 50 g flour and 3 g baking powder (if using). | |
2 | Add 100 g butter cut into small pieces, 100 g caster sugar and 2 Eggs. | |
3 | Knead on low speed until smooth. Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F). | |
4 | Weigh small pieces of dough of about 30 gr. and roll them into a ball. | |
5 | Place a sheet of baking paper on a baking sheet (or sheets), and place the balls of dough on top. Press each one down to form a small patty. | |
6 | Place a walnut kernel or an almond on each wafer. | |
7 | Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. | |
8 | Let cool, if possible on a wire rack, before serving. |
