How to prepare new peas

For 700 g, you will need:

• 1 750 g new peas
• Total weight: 750 grams

Step by step recipe

1	Wash and drain the peas.
2	We'll remove the 2 ends of each terminal (indicated by the green arrows), and the "wire" along each side of the terminal.
3	Take a pod in your hand.
4	Remove the end and the wire along the terminal...
5	...all the way.
6	Turn the pod over...
7	...and do the same with the other end.
8	See how with this short animation.
9	Do this for all pods.
10	Then cut each pod into sections. Your new peas are ready to cook in your recipe.

Remarks

You can do the same with new beans.
