1 | Prepare 400 g endives (head of chicory). | ![]() |

5 | Fry the lardons in a frying pan on high heat in 1 tablespoon oil. Set aside. | ![]() |

7 | Tip the lardons and their cooking fat into the endives. Add the diced Comté, the chopped parsley and 5 tablespoons french dressing (vinaigrette). Mix well and it's ready. | ![]() |
