800 g cauliflower

10 radishes
3
300 g tinned (canned) chickpeas

herbs of your choice

150 g
rémoulade dressing

Step by step recipe
1:
Prepare
800 g cauliflower, slice and put in a bowl.

Add 10 radishes in thin slices (a
mandolin
is ideal for this).
3:
Add 300 g tinned (canned) chickpeas.
4:
Add the chopped herbs, 150 g
rémoulade dressing
and mix well. Your salad is ready.
Remarks
If you are not keen on rémoulade dressing, use a simple
french dressing (vinaigrette)
instead.
