butter

100 g tuna in oil

herbs of your choice

french dressing (vinaigrette)

Step by step recipe
1:
The day before, put 500 g white beans in water to soak overnight and soften.

Next day, cook the beans until tender in a large pan of salted water with 2
bayleaves
.
3:
Drain thoroughly.

Cut 2 slices
bread
into dice.
5:
Brown in a small frying pan with 20 g
butter
.

Put the drained beans into a bowl.
7:
Add 100 g tuna in oil, the chopped herbs and 5 tablespoons
french dressing (vinaigrette)
. Mix well.
8:
Finish by adding the croutons and mix one last time.
9:
Your Cornouaillaise salad is ready.
Remarks
If possible, add the haricot beans while they are still hot to make a warm salad.
