For 250 ml, you will need:
- 1 2 tablespoons water
- 2 250 ml milk
- Total weight: 280 grams
Times:
Step by step recipe
- 1: First, pour about 2 or 3 tablespoons of water into the saucepan; this water will form a thin layer on the bottom that will prevent the milk from sticking.
- 2: Next, pour in the milk and heat it.
Remarks
If you forgot to add the water before the milk, all is not lost: pour it along the edge of the pot, but add a little more—since water is heavier than milk, it will sink to the bottom and act as a protective layer.
