13: Pour into a buttered springform pan, here with a diameter of 22 cm (9 inches).
14: Bake at 180°C (360°F) for approximately 45 minutes.

Remarks
If you're in a hurry, you can add the raw grated apples, but it won't taste as good. With the lemon juice, you can also add the zest to give the apples a little extra flavour. You can add a dash of calvados, and even flambé them, at the end of cooking the grated apples.
