To sprinkle the leeks with oil and thyme, you can put them in a salad bowl, pour in oil, thyme, salt and pepper and mix well, before pouring onto the plate. For the pesto, don't hesitate to innovate with a Greek-style pesto or a coriander-cashew pesto, among others
