• 2 2 avocados
• 3 chives
• 4 4 tablespoons Rémoulade dressing

• 1: Prepare 400 g celeriac, and grate it not too fine.
  Pour into a bowl.
• 2: Prepare 2 avocados and cut into thin strips.
  Pour into the bowl.
• 3: Add the chopped chives and 4 tablespoons Rémoulade dressing, mix well, your salad is ready.

Remarks

You can replace the remoulade sauce with mayonnaise or remoulette sauce.
