For 400 g, you will need:

Step by step recipe
- 1: Peel 1 onion and chop small.
Do the same with the garlic. - 2: Peel 1 cucumber and cut into small dice.
- 3: Break up 100 g feta roughly with a fork.
- 4: Finely chop 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves and 2 tablespoons parsley.
- 5: Mix in a bowl the garlic, onion, feta and herbs.
Add 100 g Greek yoghurt, 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt and pepper. - 6: Check the seasoning and your tzatziki is ready. You can serve it with fried croutons, vegetable sticks or radishes.
