Tzatziki

For 400 g, you will need:

• 1 1 onion
• 2 1 garlic clove
• 3 1 cucumber
• 4 100 g feta
• 5 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
• 6 2 tablespoons parsley
• 7 100 g Greek yoghurt
• 8 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 9 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 10 salt
• 11 pepper
• Total weight: 640 grams

Step by step recipe

• 1: Peel 1 onion and chop small.
  Do the same with the garlic.
• 2: Peel 1 cucumber and cut into small dice.
• 3: Break up 100 g feta roughly with a fork.
• 4: Finely chop 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves and 2 tablespoons parsley.
• 5: Mix in a bowl the garlic, onion, feta and herbs.
  Add 100 g Greek yoghurt, 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt and pepper.
• 6: Check the seasoning and your tzatziki is ready. You can serve it with fried croutons, vegetable sticks or radishes.
