Marinated tuna with herbs

Step by step recipe
- 1: In a dish pour 4 tablespoons olive oil, juice of 1 lime, salt & pepper.
- 2: Wash, drain, and dry 1 bunch fresh coriander (cilantro) and 1 handful fresh mint leaves.
- 3: Chop them.
- 4: Add to the dish and mix.
- 5: Prepare 6 fillets fresh tuna: wash and dry with towel or absorbant paper .
Cut into pieces, put in the dish and mix well to cover all the tuna with marinade. Salt and pepper again, then put plastic film on the dish, and refrigerate for one hour (this can be done the day before if you want). - 6: Cook on barbecue not too close to the fire, and baste the top regularly with the remaining marinade, using a brush.
Cook the other side in the same way. This will keep the tuna moist.
Remarks
Could be made with other fish if preferred, even with chicken breasts.
