Cauliflower and chickpea salad

For 4 people, you will need:
- 1 800 g cauliflower
- 2 10 radishes
- 3 300 g tinned (canned) chickpeas
- 4 herbs of your choice
- 5 150 g rémoulade dressing
- Total weight: 1,350 grams

Step by step recipe
1 | Prepare 800 g cauliflower, slice and put in a bowl. |  |
2 | Add 10 radishes in thin slices (a mandolin is ideal for this). |  |
3 | Add 300 g tinned (canned) chickpeas. |  |
4 | Add the chopped herbs, 150 g rémoulade dressing and mix well. Your salad is ready. |  |
Remarks
If you are not keen on rémoulade dressing, use a simple
french dressing (vinaigrette) instead.
