Zucchini and tomato remoulade

• 2 5 leaves Basil
• 3 1 shallot
• 4 Parsley
• 5 4 tomatoes
• 6 4 tablespoons rémoulade dressing

Step by step recipe

1	Prepare 2 courgettes, cut them into small pieces and pour into a bowl.
2	Coarsely chop 5 leaves Basil.
3	Prepare 1 shallot, slice finely.
4	Pour basil, shallots and chopped parsley into the bowl and mix.
5	Prepare 4 tomatoes, and cut into small pieces.
6	Pour into the bowl.
7	Add 4 tablespoons rémoulade dressing, mix well, your remoulade is ready.

Remarks

You can replace the remoulade sauce by a remoulette sauce.
