1 | Prepare 2 courgettes, cut them into small pieces and pour into a bowl. | |
2 | Coarsely chop 5 leaves Basil. | |
3 | Prepare 1 shallot, slice finely. | |
4 | Pour basil, shallots and chopped parsley into the bowl and mix. | |
5 | Prepare 4 tomatoes, and cut into small pieces. | |

7 | Add 4 tablespoons Rémoulade dressing, mix well, your remoulade is ready. |
