Creamy cauliflower and avocado salad

• 1 500 g cauliflower
• 2 2 avocados
• 3 herbs of your choice
• 4 4 tablespoons Rémoulette dressing
• Total weight: 1,000 grams

Step by step recipe

1	Prepare 500 g cauliflower, chop it finely and pour it into a bowl.
2	Peel, remove the core and cut into 2 avocados strips.
3	Pour into the bowl, then add the chopped herbs.
4	Finish with 4 tablespoons Rémoulette dressing, mix well, your salad is ready.

Remarks

If you don't have a remoulette sauce, use a classic remoulade sauce, or even a vinaigrette sauce.
