1Prepare 200 g mayonnaise, then add 2 tablespoons vinegar and mix well.Tartar sauce : etape 25
2Cut 4 gherkins in vinegar into tiny pieces and pour over the mayonnaise.Tartar sauce : etape 25
3Quickly chop 2 tablespoons capers, then pour over the mayonnaise.Tartar sauce : etape 25
4Wash and dry the herbs, ideally: Parsley, Chives, Tarragon and Chervil.Tartar sauce : etape 25

You can, but don't have to, add finely chopped 1 shallot.

Remarks

You can start with a remoulade sauce instead of a mayonnaise, in which case don't add vinegar.
