1 | Prepare and cook 500 g Brussels sprouts, drain after cooking. Set aside. | |
2 | In a small frying pan over medium heat, pour in 2 tablespoons olive oil and when it's hot add 100 g ham which you've cut into small cubes. Brown to taste, then set aside. | |
3 | In the same pan, still over medium heat and without washing, pour in 4 tablespoons olive oil and when it's hot, add 150 g cooked potatoes which you've cut into large cubes. Brown to taste, then set aside. | |
4 | In a larger frying pan, over medium heat, pour in 3 tablespoons olive oil, then when it's hot, add 1 shallot which you've chopped up. Season with salt and pepper, then cook for 1 minute without browning. | |
5 | Add the Brussels sprouts, potatoes and ham and mix well. | |
6 | Finish with 100 g grated cheese, mix one last time... | |
