1 | Cut 100 g smoked trout fillet into small cubes. Set aside. | |
2 | Cut 50 g cheese into small pieces (use a soft cheese such as Camembert). Set aside. | |

4 | Meanwhile, in a frying pan over medium heat, pour in 2 tablespoons olive oil, and when hot, add the diced smoked fish. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. | |

6 | Add the cooked pasta. | |
7 | Stir well to combine, then add a small ladleful of pasta cooking water to loosen the mixture. | |
