1 | Pour 200 g stewed apple (compote) and 150 g rolled oats into a small bowl and mix. |  |
2 | Add 1 egg, 3 g baking powder and 50 g apple syrup. |  |

Preheat oven to 180°C (360°F). |  |
4 | Place a sheet of baking paper on a baking sheet, and spread the mixture over it in small heaps (if you can, use a piping bag). |  |
5 | Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C (360°F). We want the cookies to be very soft, so we don't want to overcook them. |  |
6 | Leave to cool, then place in a sealed jar for storage. |  |
You can replace applesauce with other fruits, such as pears or plums.
