Step by step recipe

Pour 200 g stewed apple (compote) and 150 g rolled oats into a small bowl and mix.

Stage 2 - ⌛ 3 min.

Add 1 egg, 3 g baking powder and 50 g apple syrup.

Stage 3 - ⌛ 1 min.

Mix again.

Preheat oven to 180°C (360°F).

Place a sheet of baking paper on a baking sheet, and spread the mixture over it in small heaps (if you can, use a piping bag).

Stage 5 - ⌛ 20 min.

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C (360°F). We want the cookies to be very soft, so we don't want to overcook them.

You can replace applesauce with other fruits, such as pears or plums.
