| 1 | In the bowl of a mixer, sift together 240 g flour, 10 g baking powder and 2 pinches salt. Add 120 g butter soft and cut into small pieces, 150 g brown sugar, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, 150 g rolled oats and 100 g chocolate chips. | ![]() |
