1 | Bring 1 litre whole milk to the boil in a pan over medium heat. as soon as it boils, turn down the heat and add 200 g dark chocolate in small pieces. | |
2 | Stir with a maryse or whisk until the chocolate is completely melted. | |
3 | Then add 1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar and stir again until melted. | |
4 | Serve very hot, with finger biscuits or a slice of brioche for example. |
