Simple maple-syrup tart

For 1 tart, you will need:

• 1 250 g sweetcrust pastry (pâte sablée)
• 2 125 ml maple syrup
• Total weight: 415 grams

Step by step recipe

1	Heat the oven to 430°F (220°C). Roll out the pastry and line a tart tin or mould. Prick all over the bottom.
2	Pour 125 ml maple syrup into the tart case.
3	And bake for about 40 minutes until the syrup crystallises.
