Spicy chicken skewers

For 4 people, you will need:
- 1 400 g chicken breast
- 2 ½ lime
- 3 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 2 tablespoons mustard
- 5 2 tablespoons chilli spices
- 6 salt
- 7 pepper

Step by step recipe
- 1: Cut 400 g chicken breast into large cubes and season with salt.
- 2: Pour into a bowl.
- 3: Add the juice and zest of ½ lime, 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons mustard, and blend once.
- 4: Add 2 tablespoons chilli spices and mix again.
Cover with a plate and leave to marinate in the fridge for 1 hour or more. - 5: Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
Thread chicken pieces onto skewers. - 6: Cook for 10-15 minutes to taste.
- 7: Serve with rice pilaf, for example, or a side dish of your choice.
Remarks
Of course, you can also cook them on the barbecue rather than in the oven, or even in a pan.
For the spices, it's up to you, not necessarily chili, but another blend you like (tandoori, cajun, etc.).
