Cucumber and salmon salad

For this summer salad: slices of cucumber, morsels of smoked salmon, diced avocado and a little tuna, dressed in a herb mayonnaise.
For 12 people, you will need:
- 3 cucumbers
- 6 slices smoked salmon
- 3 avocados
- 2 lemon
- 600 ml tuna in oil
- 600 ml Mayonnaise
- herbs of your choice

Step by step recipe:
Wash 3 cucumbers and slice thinly. | ![]() |
Cut 6 slices smoked salmon into small peices. | ![]() |
Peel 3 avocados, and cut into small dice, which should be sprinkled with the juice of 2 lemon straight afterwards. | ![]() |

Put all the ingredients into a bowl, add the mayonnaise and herbs, then mix carefully. | ![]() |
