4: Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F). Prepare the ramekins, and pour a layer of lemon custard into the bottom.
5: Add the apples.
6: Finish with a layer of almond cream.
7: Bake in the oven for around 15-20 minutes, until the almond cream on top is golden brown. Enjoy warm or cold.
Remarks
You can, of course, add a dash of calvados to flambé the apples at the end of cooking. A piping bag is ideal for dividing the 2 creams (custard and almond).
