Breton galettes (pancakes)

For 1 galette, you will need:

• 1 1 buckwheat pancake
• 2 1 slice ham
• 3 1 egg
• 4 a little grated cheese
• 5 1 knob butter
• 6 salt
• 7 pepper
• Total weight: 160 grams

Step by step recipe

• 1: Heat the frying pan on medium heat, put the knob of butter in to melt, then put the galette down over it.
• 2: Break the egg onto it, then with a spatula push the egg yolk to the center...
• 3: ... and distribute the egg white over the surface of the galette until it is cooked.
• 4: Scatter the ham in small pieces.
• 5: Add the grated cheese.
• 6: Then fold over a third of the galette.
• 7: And then the last third onto the first. Leave to cook for another minute or two.
• 8: And serve immediately.

Remarks

This is a basic recipe, the fillings can be infinitely varied at will.
