5: Add them to the salad bowl with the chopped chives.
6: Cut 400 g cooked potatoes into small pieces.
7: Pour 4 tablespoons olive oil into a frying pan over high heat, and when hot, add the potato pieces. Brown and season with salt at the end of cooking.
8: Pour the still-warm potatoes into the salad bowl, mix, then add the paprika mayonnaise and mix again. Your salad is ready.
Remarks
Feel free to replace the paprika with smoked paprika, the taste is very interesting in this recipe. You can add a little chopped parsley, or other herbs to taste, at the same time as the paprika mayonnaise in step 8.
