Celery and avocado salad

• 1 400 g celeriac
• 2 2 avocados
• 3 chives
• 4 4 tablespoons Rémoulade dressing

Step by step recipe

1	Prepare 400 g celeriac, and grate it not too fine. Pour into a bowl.
2	Prepare 2 avocados and cut into thin strips. Pour into the bowl.
3	Add the chopped chives and 4 tablespoons Rémoulade dressing, mix well, your salad is ready.

Remarks

You can replace the remoulade sauce with mayonnaise or remoulette sauce.
