Step by step recipe

1Preheat oven to 180°C (360°F).

Pour 6 Eggs, 300 ml Milk and 120 g caster sugar into the bowl of a mixer.

5Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 40 minutes.

Remarks

Feel free to increase the volume of lemon juice, 2 limes for example, if you want a stronger taste.
