1 | Preheat oven to 180°C (360°F). Pour 6 Eggs, 300 ml Milk and 120 g caster sugar into the bowl of a mixer. | |
2 | Add 500 g Mascarpone, 100 g flour, and the juice and zest of 1 lemon and 2 limes. | |
3 | Whisk for 2 or 3 minutes until smooth. | |
4 | Pour into the non-stick mould of your choice (in this case, a 24 cm or 9.5 inch diameter springform tin). | |
5 | Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 40 minutes. Allow to cool before serving. |
